Hmm... not sure! I hated Blogger though which is why I switched to Wordpress.

Are you uploading it directly from Photoshop or saving it as a jpg first? When you look at your picture in something like Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, does it show like it does in Photoshop or like it does on Blogger?
Taking a stab in the dark, too, I wonder if your color palette in Photoshop is a little skewed (not standard or something) and the computer or blogger is reading it wrong...But like I said, just a stab in the dark.
I am saving the graphic as a jpeg to the desktop and then uploading it to Blogger.
